Reservation and payment

Booking

Pre- payment of 30% of the total amount as confirmation of the booking by bank transfer within 3 days.

The rest of the amout one month before arrival or in cash by arrival ( no credit card). By a stay of 1 till 3 nights and  a last minute reservation the whole amount in once.

Once we have received the pre-payment, the reservation is defenitive, we send you the confirmation and route description.

 

Good to know 

Check in as from 15.00 till 19.00 hrs, check out till 10.00 hrs

We have no reception 24 h open, so please let us know your arriving time!  We recommand to hire a car, as we are in the countryside

 

Rent a Car & Transfer Airport
We can help you to rent your car for a good price!  The car will be delivered at Casa Oliva Nera. Let us know your arrival and departure time and we can pick you up and drive you back at the airport.

Cancellations 

We use the following cancellation conditions, if you book with us you automatically agree:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25 euros

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: the deposit of the rent

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rent

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent
