Booking

Pre- payment of 30% of the total amount as confirmation of the booking by bank transfer within 3 days.

The rest of the amout one month before arrival or in cash by arrival ( no credit card). Last minute reservation the whole amount in once.

Once we have received the pre-payment, the reservation is defenitive, we will send you the confirmation and route description.

 

Good to know 

Check in as from 16.00 till 19.00 hrs, check out till 10.00 hrs

Early & late check in/out 20 euro per hour on demand.

We have no reception 24 h open, so please let us know your arriving time!  We recommand to hire a car, as we are in the countryside

Cancellations 

We use the following cancellation conditions, if you book with us you automatically agree:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25 euros

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: the deposit of the rent

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rent

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent
